Irishell's 27th Burpday!

When it is April 1, we always remember that it is already April Fools Day. Yes, pranksters are everywhere! But for me, April 1 is so special. This is the day that Princess Irishell was born... hahaha! no kidding! :p

I decided not to invite friends or other relatives. I really just wanted to celebrate it privately not just because I don't have enough money... yes, I do have a financial problem but i really wanted to celebrate it with my family only.

I've been thinking what to prepare. Yesterday morning, we bought some ingredients in SM Dasmariñas still undecided what to cook. Then I saw those shrimps in tray inside the supermarket. I love seafoods and I thought that maybe I can make some seafood pasta that I always ate in some restaurants. Fried Chicken is always present in all of our occasions. Fruit Salad is my all time favorite dessert.

I told my mom that I will be the one to cook besides it's my birthday, right? This is how I fried our chicken:

marinade

evap milk

breading

boiling oil

burned because of facebook. hahaha!

And this is how I cooked our spaghetti:

cook pasta

prepare onion, garlic and... no not that ginger. it must be the spring onion. :p

Shrimps

sauté

add butter

add corned tuna (my first love)

pasta sauce

finish product :seafood pasta!

After that, it's eating and kulitan time! :p
