How Real Leaf Changed Our Lives

We all know that soda helps us to satisfy our thirst because of its delicious taste. That is why soda is one of the favorite drinks of my family and I am one of them. Though I know that it is not a healthy drink still I wanted to drink it. But because my doctor told me that soda really harms my body, I started not to drink soda anymore.

Now I am looking for an excellent substitute for sugar in drinks and food.

Then I saw Green Tea Real Leaf made by The Coca-Cola Company!

I know that Green Tea has its Theanine that enhances learning and concentration, normalizes blood pressure, reduces cholesterol, anti-cancer, increases immunity, alleviates PMS and of course lose weight!

At first I am afraid to taste it because I really don't like the taste of the tea. But wait, it has three delightful flavors: Honey Lemon, Honey Lychee and Honey Apple! Well, my favorite fruit is apple. It is not just because of its sweet taste but because of its benefit to reduce the risk of having a breast cancer. It also has a touch of sweet taste of honey that has a great natural source of carbohydrates, which provide strength and energy to our bodies that we really need everyday.

The great thing about Real Leaf Green Tea is that it certainly will not harm you. The fact that it has a very healthy benefit I also cannot deny that it is so sweet, deliciously reviving and very refreshing.

I love the sweet taste of Honey Apple so I'm recommending it to my friends and to my family. This is going to be a healthy habit from now on!

Spaghetti Pinoy Style

Last week, the talented side of me decided to cook spaghetti for dinner.. hahaha.. (talented?)  and I decided to take photos and blog about it.

Ingredients

Cooking

Preparation

♥ Spaghetti sauce (Filipino Style)
♥ Spaghetti noodles
♥ Ground Beef
♥ Mushrooms
♥ Onions
♥ Garlic
♥ Hotdog
♥ Salt and Pepper
♥ Butter
♥ Cooking oil
♥ Cheese
and
♥ Digicam ^_^ for taking pictures hahaha..!

♥ Heat water over high heat and add one tablespoon of salt to the water as it begins to boil.
♥ When the water has reached a full boil, add all the pasta and stir immediately to prevent the pasta from sticking together.
♥ It is sometimes suggested to add a little oil to the cooking water to help prevent the pasta from sticking together. Most experts advise against doing this because the oil will coat the pasta and prevent the sauce from sticking to it.
♥ While waiting for the noodles to be cooked, chop the onions, minced the garlic and slice the hotdogs diagonally.

♥ In a sauce pan: sauté garlic, onion and mushroom in cooking oil, put some butter.
♥ For me, I want the mushroom crispy outside so i cooked it on a high heat.

♥ When you think the mushroom is already done, add now the ground beef and a cup of water. Add a little salt and pepper then let it simmer.

♥ If the ground beef is already done, add now the sliced hotdogs, let it simmer again for about 5 minutes.

♥ It's time to add Spaghetti Sauce (Filipino Style). Keep on stirring, Grate some cheese and add it in the sauce while stirring so that the sauce will make it more creamy.

♥ Ready to serve..!

♥ yum yum...!!! ^_~

IBAYO (by: Barrio Fiesta)

Inspired by the years of their clan's success, brothers Tyrone and Tristan Ongpauco, third generation members of the Barrio Fiesta Restaurant Chain clan, decided to create a bistro style restaurant.

Having the desire to carry on the rich culture and heritage of Barrio Fiesta, the Ibayo concept was put to life.  Ibayo, literally meaning "the next town," offers the same classic Filipino favorites such as the famous Crispy Pata, the mouth-watering Sinalab Special, and the crave-satisfying Mama Chit's Special.  While loyal to its Barrio Fiesta roots, Ibayo offers a new and exciting line of signature food and cocktail redefining the classic Filipino dining experience with a modern bistro twist.

Ibayo Fiesta Rice
Maja Blanco
Pork Sisig
Sizzling Gambas
Camares

To complete the Ibayo experience, it is highly recommended for one to try the Ibayo Sunset.  Other must-try concoctions include the Skywalker, the Two Alpha, and the Mango Bongo - each offering a different range of flavors that will surely leave you asking for more.  Ibayo also offers a bar chow menu including reinvented Filipino favorites like Inihaw na Liempo, Grilled Tuna Belly, Sizzling Mushrooms, Pork Barbeque and Sizzling corn that will definitely satisfy your short cravings.  For the enthusiasts looking for an out-of-the-ordinary meal, Ibayo recommends starting with the Ibayo Firesticks, Ibayo White Adobo, and the Ibayo Crispy Catfish.

Ibayo transforms from a casual dining atmosphere to a “chillax” place that escalates into an ultimate night-out, let-your-hair-down experience. Situated in the San Miguel by the Bay strip, it is a great place to unwind and catch up with friends over a delicious selection of food and stimulating drinks. Ibayo makes for a unique dining experience perfect for get-togethers, food-trips, as well as celebrations.
